(NMLS #1678775), an Equal Housing Opportunity lender. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Bryan Amezquita doing business as Lender Bryan. Mortgage loans are made by Groves Capital, Inc. What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a form or unlock a tool, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the goal you select (for example, buying or refinancing).
Information from the tools. The estimator tools run in your browser. Figures you enter to get an estimate are used to calculate that estimate and are not required to be sent to us to use the tool.
Basic technical information. Standard web logs and security data (such as IP address and browser type) may be processed by our hosting provider to keep the site secure and working.

We do not ask for Social Security numbers, income, or financial account details on this website. Sensitive information needed for an actual loan application is collected separately through the secure application system, not here.

Groves Capital, Inc., the lender through which loans are originated.
